COVID-19 PROTOCOL
Hotel Casa Lorenzo has been accredited by the Hospitality of Spain as Safe Accommodation and Safe Restaurant against COVID19 to guarantee security, tranquility, and trust to our clients.
Among the security measures taken by the hotel are: Maintain a safe distance between people, have hydro-alcoholic gel available to our clients in all areas, visual signage with the obligation to use a mask in all areas and take extreme measures hygiene and cleanliness .
These measures constitute the general rule that is applied in each of the areas of the hotel after its reopening, to avoid contagion by Covid-19 . In addition, we have determined the maximum capacity of both the common spaces and the different rooms, restaurant, cafeteria bar and terrace. All staff have been trained to ensure their maximum protection and that of our clients.
